Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Do With You ("DWY", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. We have tried to keep them short and human.

What DWY is

DWY is a shared bucket-list app for two people: you build a list together, complete things, capture photos and collect them in your own book. One subscription unlocks the app for both partners in a connected couple.

Subscriptions & the free trial

DWY requires a paid subscription (weekly, or yearly with a 7-day free trial). Prices are shown in the app in your local currency before you buy.
Payment is charged to your Apple account. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel any time in your device's Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancelling a trial before it ends means you are never charged.
One subscription covers both partners in a connected couple. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard policies.

Your content

Everything you add (list items, photos, notes, your book) belongs to you and your partner. We claim no ownership.
You give us the limited technical licence needed to store, sync and display that content to the two of you. Nothing more.
Only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful, hateful or harmful. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break this.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country).
Sign in with Apple keeps your memories safe if you switch phones. Without signing in, your data lives only on your device and can be lost.
You can delete your account and all shared data at any time in Settings. This also removes the data for your connected partner.

What we promise, and what we can't

We work hard to keep DWY running and your memories safe, but the app is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

Changes to the service or terms

We are two people building this every day, so features will evolve. If we materially change these terms we will notify you in the app; continuing to use DWY after that means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, without affecting your mandatory consumer rights at home.
